In addition, it purchases, sells, imports, exports, stores, markets, and distributes various kinds of petroleum products, liquid petroleum gas, and natural gas; establishes, operates, and transfers retail stations and maintenance facilities; and provides transportation services with own vehicles and leased vehicles.
Further, Turkiye Petrol Rafinerileri evaluates and/or sells waste, by products, and sub standard products; establishes and operates facilities for the destruction of the waste products; establishes and operates facilities and plants related with various kinds of energy and energy related industries; and trades equipment, materials, and chemical substances.
The company was founded in 1983 and is headquartered in Korfez-Kocaeli, Turkey.
