USAC seasonal RVP changes for RBOB/PBOB

Platts is planning to introduce low RVP supplemental gasoline assessments
beginning March 8, 2010, for the US Atlantic Coast, basis New York Harbor.
These assessments would include conventional gasolines, CBOB and Premium CBOB
with 9.0 RVP, and RBOB and Premium RBOB with 7.8 RVP.
In addition, Platts will introduce supplemental assessments for the Laurel
Pipeline, which would be 9.0 RVP conventional grades for all of Pennsylvania
except for Pittsburgh.
According to Buckeye, beginning March 16, the carrier will only accept 9.0 RVP
conventional 87 octane, 93 octane, CBOB, P-CBOB, and lwo-RVP reformulated
grades.
Beginning March 16, 2010, Platts' frontline conventional gasoline, CBOB and
Premium CBOB will reflect 9.0 RVP, while frontline RBOB and Premium RBOB would
reflect 6.6 RVP.
Platts' Laurel Pipeline assessments would reflect 9.0 RVP conventional
gasoline intended for delivery into all locations in Pennsylvania, except
Pittsburgh.
From March 16, 2010, Platts will suspend its assessment for 15.0 RVP
gasolines. Actions for March 16 would be pending information from Buckeye
Pipeline and the industry.
